A chemical peel is a highly efficacious topical treatment proven to revitalize your skin. Chemical peels can treat dry, rough, lackluster skin, age and sun spots, clogged pores and acne. They can also help to reduce fine lines under the eyes or around the mouth.
Unlike microdermabrasion and dermaplaning, which are mechanical exfoliation techniques, topical chemical peels will dissolve the superficial-most layer of dead skin cells; remove old make-up; and exfoliate environmental contaminants to increase moisture, product absorption, and elasticity.
During your consultation with our Atagi Skin Aesthetics team, we will evaluate your skin, so that this service can be custom-designed to meet your unique skincare needs. Depending on the type and state of your skin, we will select one of many light-to-deep peels currently available to give you the smoother, brighter, more youthful skin you deserve.
As with microdermabrasion and dermaplaning, we recommend a start-up treatment series to obtain initial correction, followed by maintenance treatments for optimal results. Such a start-up series can be a great way to jump-start a new medically-supervised skincare regimen, so that you will see more dramatic results in a shorter period of time.

Pearl Peels
The same company that brought us the gentle and effective Atagi Skin product line has now also given us the Pearl Peel.
The Pearl Peel is a superficial peel, specifically designed to improve the texture and appearance of hyperpigmented skin. This includes patients who have uneven skin tones, deep pigment issues, or melasma. Our Mini Pearl Peel is a lighter version for those who require less or desire a more gradual skin transformation.
At our spa-like Denver metro office, our highly experienced clinician will apply the Pearl Peel masque to your face and chest. The masque will remain on your face and chest for a period of time that is based on an evaluation of you skin condition and areas of concern.
Our patients leave our office with the masque still on, leaving your face and chest white if you've had the Pearl Peel, or glossy (like Vaseline) if you've had the Mini Pearl Peel. After the assigned time, you wash your face and begin a strict at home skincare regimen that you will use for the next 30 days for the Pearl Peel, or 14 days for the Mini Pearl Peel.
