VASER Lipo®
Overview / Procedure FAQs / Post-Operative Instructions
A less invasive option to Liposuction, VASER Lipo® has raised the industry standard for body contouring.

Regardless of your attention to diet and exercise, you may continue to have problem areas seemingly out of your control. Perhaps they are inherited. Or post-pregnancy.

Truly an art form, VASER Lipo® is designed to sculpt and contour these areas. Unlike liposuction, where fat cells are largely suctioned away, VASER Lipo® brakes down fat cells with an intermediate step, emulsifying them with ultrasound energy. This technique is considered to be less invasive; with blood vessels and lymphatic channels better preserved, a more rapid recovery, and little to no bruising. In addition, our patients have the option of having this procedure done in our office under a local anesthetic. For more information on how VASER Lipo® works, please go to www.vaser.com.

For women, challenging areas tend to be the breasts, bra line, hiprolls, outer and inner thighs, abdomen, jaw-line or arms. Many of our satisfied patients refer to their experience with VASER Lipo® as "The Mommy Makeover," since it carefully contours and shapes these areas of excess fatty deposition.

It is important to remember that VASER Lipo® is not an alternative to proper diet and exercise; however, when diet and exercise are maintained, the new contours created with VASER Lipo® sculpting are long-lasting.
