Emily Eads – Patient Services Coordinator
Similar to Dr. Atagi, Emily is a lover of the arts, and originally moved to Colorado in 2007 to attend the Art Institute of Colorado and pursue her dream of becoming a photographer. Needless to say this has made her a perfect fit at Atagi Plastic Surgery and Skin Aesthetics with our aesthetic mentality toward medicine. As Patient Services Coordinator since 2012, Emily is able to combine her passion for the arts with years of impeccable customer service and management experiences in order to satisfy all patient needs. In her spare time, Emily enjoys running her photography business, playing cello, and spending time with her husband, dogs, family, and friends.
Mary Matte – Patient Services Coordinator
Originally from Bemidji, Minnesota, Mary has worked in the greater Denver area for more than 30 years. With over 26 years of residential property management experience, Mary is no stranger to problem solving and has a passion for helping others. Mary joined the Atagi team in 2015 and brings a warm, positive, and compassionate influence to the office. When not at work Mary enjoys white water rafting, hiking, zip lining, watching movies, and spending time with her two boys.
Ashlee Perkins – Patient Services Coordinator
Ashlee is originally from Memphis, TN. She moved to Colorado in 2013 and is now an alumn of Colorado State University with a degree in Health and Exercise Science-Health Promotion. Before continuing her education at CSU, she attended the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater, where she was a collegiate gymnast. Alongside her degree, she has also received her certification in boxing and personal training. With health and fitness in her background, aesthetics is something she has always had a passion for. This unique combination of skills and interests is what makes her such a valuable addition to our staff! In her free time, Ashlee loves taking her dog anywhere there is sun and water, riding horses, and being surrounded by friends and family with good food.
Cami Kobbe – Medical Assistant
Cami’s first job in the medical field came in the winter of 2000 as a receptionist for a small ENT clinic. It was here she discovered her passion for working with people, and the pride she took in caring for patients in a medical environment. It was this experience that compelled Cami to obtain her Medical Assisting Certificate in 2012, which would allow her to further support patients. Cami joined our team in 2015, and her spirit and congeniality as a Medical Assistant is an extremely important asset to all of us!
Cami is a Colorado native and enjoys spending time with her three beautiful daughters. When she’s not rushing from soccer practice to choir concerts, Cami enjoys relaxing with a good book.
Susan Eichorst, PA-C, MMSc – Physician Assistant
Susan has been a part of the Denver medical community since attaining her degree from Emory University in 1999. Before arriving at Atagi Plastic Surgery and Skin Aesthetics, Susan gained experience in a variety of different fields, including plastic surgery, general surgery, urology, ophthalmology, and dentistry, giving her a diverse outlook on cutting edge medical techniques and methodology. She is a strong believer in personalized and individualized treatments for each patient. Susan joined our team in 2015 and is our full time bio-identical hormone replacement and wellness provider. In her spare time, Susan enjoys hiking, golfing, attending concerts, and international travel.
Becky Barkey – Nurse Practitioner
Becky received her nursing degree from Bethel College in 1994, and has been a Nurse Practitioner since 2001 after attaining her graduate degree from Regis University in Colorado. Becky specializes in the field of women’s health, specifically the management of high-risk pregnancies. Becky has been with us since 2014 and works closely with Susan in the bio-idential hormone replacement and wellness side of the practice. In her spare time, she enjoys coaching volleyball, assisting on medical mission trips, and spending time with her husband and two daughters.
Heidi Bensley – Certified Medical Assistant
Hailing from Buffalo, NY, Heidi has called Colorado home since 2003. After over 17 years in payroll/accounting, she decided to change careers and returned to school for her Medical Assisting Certificate in 2017. When she’s not at work, Heidi enjoys watching movies, reading, and spending time with her family and English bulldog, Osbourne.
Tami Frazzini – Certified Medical Assistant
Back in 2010, Tami began her career as an intern at Atagi Plastic Surgery. Her hard work and commitment has paid off, as she is now a permanent member of the team. Tami has over 10 years of customer service experience working for a major airline, and her enthusiasm for helping others is unparalleled. Tami assists Susan and Becky with the wellness and hormone balancing side of the practice. She is married with a son and two daughters and enjoys all the hectic activity of motherhood, but likes to unwind with travel and a good book.
Calloway Lawler – Certified Medical Assistant
Originally born in Olympia, Washington, Calloway was raised and has resided in Colorado most of her life. After high school she got several courses under her belt from CSU; psychology, sociology, and social work to name a few. It was clear from the get-go that she had a passion to better understand people, and now with this knowledge, aspires to personalize every patient interaction. Recently having spent the last 6 months living in Juneau, AK working as a CMA for a family clinic, she decided to return home for both the warmer weather and to seek a more focused practice! She has found just that and more as the newest member of Atagi Aesthetics. When not at work she enjoys get-away day trips to nearby mountain towns, movie watching and live music.
Brittany Otto, BSN, RN, CLT, Ultherapist
Brittany is a dynamic Registered Nurse with years of experience in both critical care and aesthetics. After receiving her nursing degree from Indiana University in 2010, Brittany went on to the National Laser Institute to broaden her expertise and become a Certified Laser Technician—and her education didn’t stop there. Brittany moved to Colorado in 2014; it was there she discovered her love for aesthetic medicine and skin care, achieving an advanced certification in Botox® and dermal filler treatments. Brittany has received additional training in Novathreads, PRP, Kybella, Ultherapy, and non-invasive body contouring. It’s this incredible versatility that makes Brittany such a crucial asset to our team, not to mention she’s such a friendly person!
During her free time, Brittany enjoys spending her time outdoors. She goes hiking and snowboarding every chance she gets!
Karen Fox – Nurse Practitioner
Karen has worked in the Department of Surgery and the Emergency Department for over 11 years, joining the Atagi Plastic Surgery team in 2006 with advanced training in Botox, laser skin rejuvenation, and skincare. As a certified registered nurse first assistant, Karen helps with pre-operative preparations, assists Dr. Atagi during the surgical procedure, and provides post-operative care. Needless to say Karen’s commitment to aesthetic beauty and a comfortable patient experience make her an integral part of our team. When she is away from the office, she enjoys outdoor activities and spending time with her dogs.
Francisca “Fran” Valdiris – Medical Assistant, Aesthetician, Ultherapist and Laser Technician
With training in a wide range of medical specialties, Francisca is Atagi Plastic Surgery’s jack-of-all-trades. Her years of experience as a bilingual medical assistant, aesthetician, licensed laser technician, and ultherapist have proven to be invaluable to our practice. Francisca has been with our team since 2014 and has always been an advocate for the personalization of treatments. She specializes in skincare analysis, Ultherapy, and laser treatments based on individual patient needs for the safest and most effective possible results. Francisca was born and raised in Colorado, and is passionate about gourmet cooking and spending time with her husband and their two children.
Caitlin Bickler – Aesthetician, Ultherapist and Laser Technician
A New Jersey native, Caitlin launched her aesthetics career after graduating from Jersey Shore Beauty Academy Cosmetology School and learning top-of-the-line skincare techniques at the Make-Up Designery in New York City. It wasn’t until she reached Colorado that she discovered her calling was aesthetic skincare. Caitlin completed esthetic training at the School of Botanical and Medical Aesthetics and became a certified aesthetician. Caitlin became a member of our team in 2015 and provides a broad range of age defying services including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermaplaning, and micro-needling. In her off time, she enjoys snowboarding, camping, and traveling with her fiancé and Australian Sheppard.
Lisa Goebel – Aesthetician
Lisa’s first passion was the arts. She studied dance on and off throughout her life and attended the New York Conservatory of Dramatic arts. After living in NYC, she moved to New Orleans. During her time in the “Big Easy,” she developed a passion for Cajun food, the New Orleans Saints, and for skin care.
Lisa decided to come back to Colorado and pursue a career in skin care, becoming a licensed Aesthetician in 2014. “Skin care is a form of art in and of itself,” says Lisa. “Your face is a canvas that you show the world every day, and the best canvases start with a clean foundation you build on.”
Lisa loves being able to help people achieve their skin care goals through services like chemical peels, dermaplaning, facials, microdermabrasion, and microneedling with or without PRP. She also helps patients boost and maintain their youthful glow and results with medical-grade product recommendations.
During her free time, Lisa enjoys doing Pure Barre classes, baking, cooking, drawing, traveling, hiking, and going on adventures with her Siberian Husky/Alaskan Malamute mix Peyton Manneater, named after the great Peyton Manning. She also loves spending time with friends and family and running away to Lady Bird Lake in Austin, Texas every chance she gets.
Chauncy Petro – Patient Coordinator
Chauncy is one of the first friendly faces you will meet at Atagi Aesthetics. As our Patient Coordinator, Chauncy will be your guide throughout your entire cosmetic surgery journey, beginning with educating you on procedures over the phone or via email. During your consultation, she will explain your plan in detail and present financing options if needed. Once you decide to move forward with surgery, she will guide you through your procedure and all pre and post-op appointments. Originally from Oshkosh, Nebraska, Chauncy has worked in the aesthetic industry since 2009. Having worked as a director for cosmetology colleges in both Nebraska and Colorado, she enjoys coaching and guiding people in order to help them achieve their goals. When she’s not at work, Chauncy enjoys spending time with her husband Creighton, daughter Remington, and son Lincoln. They enjoy traveling back home to her family ranch and visiting Lake McConaughy.
Angela Stanley – Project Manager
Angela is a medical professional with over 17 years of experience, specializing in the areas of Dermatology and Oral and Facial surgery. Since joining the Atagi Plastic Surgery and Skin Aesthetics team in 2014, she has been a Patient Coordinator, and more recently has assumed a pivotal role as a Project Manager. Angela understands the large role self-esteem plays in plastic surgery procedures, and has dedicated her career to helping patients to feel good about themselves and love their transformation. Her hobbies include boating, kayaking, paddle boarding, and all other outdoor activities Colorado has to offer, as well as spending time with her family.
Trish McIntyre – Patient Services Coordinator
Originally from Nebraska, Patricia has been living in Colorado since 1968. She has years of experience in the plastic surgery field and enjoys making each patient’s experience as comfortable and satisfying as possible with her can-do attitude and positive energy. We have been lucky to have Patricia as a member of our team since 2011. Patricia enjoys reading, cooking, and spending time with her husband and daughter.
Kathryn Staples – Patient Services Coordinator
Whether through a visit or a phone call, Kathryn has a knack for creating great relationships with our patients. She is an ideal example of what customer service should be as she works hard to ensure a satisfying experience for every patient, every visit. As one of our Patient Services Coordinators since 2006, Kathryn can give you the answers to all your product or service-related questions. Kathryn has lived in Colorado since 1978 with her husband and three children. Her hobbies include travel, reading, knitting, and gardening.
Laura Oliver – Practice Manager
Laura has been working with Dr. Atagi since 2001, and can often be found performing multiple jobs simultaneously within our office. Laura has a degree in Organizational Development and has extensive experience in almost all aspects of the practice, including patient services, billing, scheduling, and now, office management. Her lighthearted personality, problem-solving expertise, and commitment to cultivating an environment of compassion and professionalism is truly the backbone of Atagi Plastic Surgery and Skin Aesthetics. In her spare time, Laura enjoys outdoor activities with her husband, as well as traveling and gardening.
Pam Peppard, CMT – Lymphatic and Therapeutic Massage
After graduating from Wichita State University with a degree in fine arts and spending twenty years as a graphic designer, Pam decided to go in a different direction. Pam chose to merge her love of working with her hands and helping people to become a truly incredible masseuse. She has performed pain-releiving therapeutic Lymphatic treatments with the Atagi Plastic Surgery and Skin Aesthetics team since 2007. Pam enjoys gardening, reading, home renovations, and spending time with her family.
