Recently we heard a story from a somewhat confused husband. All year long, his wife had quipped that the best Christmas present of all would be a facelift. While this husband wasn’t up for giving his wife a facelift, he really did want to get her a gift she’d enjoy. So imagine his glee when he walked into the mall and saw an expensive bottle of “facelifting beauty serum.” He bought the largest size of this pricey brand, and with a smile on his face, had it beautifully wrapped. He was proud to place it under the tree, confident that he had fulfilled his wife’s holiday dream. When the big moment came, his wife unwrapped the present, and as the color rose in her cheeks, she burst into tears. Uh-oh!
